A Headshot Activation Case Study
Snowflake, a global data cloud company known for its cutting-edge technology and innovative workplace culture, hosted its annual Sales National Conference at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. This multi-day event brought together nearly 3,000 sales professionals from around the world for keynotes, training sessions, and team-building activities.
As part of the experience, Snowflake wanted to invest in its team’s professional image by offering high-quality headshots. The goal was to equip each attendee with polished, consistent portraits that could be used across LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, and professional communication tools. The headshot experience needed to be efficient and scalable without sacrificing image quality or the guest experience.
Pop Life Photo was brought in to deliver a modern, seamless headshot activation that aligned with Snowflake’s brand values and event goals. With two fully staffed headshot stations operating over two days, we delivered an experience that combined efficiency, professionalism, and consistency for hundreds of attendees.

Client’s Goal
Snowflake aimed to provide high-quality, consistent headshots for their global sales team—executed quickly and at scale. They wanted a modern, seamless experience with minimal effort required for image distribution. The goal was to empower employees to easily update their LinkedIn profiles and internal platforms with polished, on-brand professional portraits.
Our Solution
For this multi-day event, Pop Life Photo traveled from the San Francisco Bay Area to Las Vegas, bringing our full headshot setup and experienced team to deliver high-quality service on site. We set up two fully-equipped headshot stations, each staffed with a professional photographer and gear. Our team guided guests through posing and made quick touch-ups—adjusting collars, hair, and posture to ensure everyone looked confident and polished.
Each photo was processed and delivered instantly via text or email, directing attendees to a branded microsite gallery featuring Snowflake’s logo and links to their corporate site. This eliminated the need for post-event photo distribution and provided guests with immediate, shareable images.

Photography and Creative Process

Planning
This step involves collaborating with clients to outline the purpose of the photoshoot, generating creative solutions, and organizing logistical details like location, time, and scale.

Preparation
We build custom-branded microsites with your logo for guests to instantly access images. Then we prep and test all equipment thoroughly to ensure a seamless event-day experience.

Execution
During the shoot, our photographer guides guests’ posing, and adjusts hair and collars to capture polished headshots. Contact info is then collected for instant sharing.

Post-Production
After the shoot, our photographer enhances the photos digitally. All the high-resolution photos are then imported into a private gallery shared with the client to view and download.

The Event Coverage Services
Over two days, Pop Life Photo captured 5,496 professional headshots, serving 395 individuals with an average of 14 photos per person. We offered each guest a strong selection of polished options. Every image was delivered instantly through a branded microsite, allowing Snowflake’s global sales team to easily access, download, and share their portraits without the need for post-event distribution.
